In 2011, Aubert & Duval, a subsidiary of the Eramet Group and the UKTMP, one of the world’s leading producers of titanium sponge, inaugurated a new factory at the industrial site of the Ancizes steelworks, in Saint-Georges-de-Mons (63, Puy de Dôme, France). This site is dedicated to the manufacturing of titanium products (billets, bars, threads, sheets), mainly for the aerospace sector (EADS, Airbus).
The MES application of the production site was entrusted to Meta Productique with its KmProd software package.


Former Alcan Engineered Products (Alcan EP), Constellium is a specialist in aluminium transformation. The Nuits Saint-Georges (France) site, where 200 people operate, integrates extrusion, heat treatment, scrap and surface treatment processes in its transformation cycle.


Since 1960, Thermi-Lyon has developed an expertise in heat treatment and vacuum technology. The group manages 10 production sites in France and abroad with more than 200 furnaces.
In 2012, Thermi-Lyon chose KmProd MES solution by Meta Productique in order to revamp and standardize and redeploy over 8 sites the former KmProd application version they had been using since 2002.


SAPA is the world leader in f aluminium transformation in a great number of industries such as construction, civil engineering, mechanics, transportation, the automotive and road marking.
As these processes require the use of complex machines, SAPA has decided to use the KmProd solution to optimize its processes.


Pofils Systems has designed and developed extruded aluminium products and accessories to serve the needs of the construction industry for more than twenty years. The factory uses an extrusion press with a power of 2200 metric tons.
As this process requires the use of complex machines, Profil Systèmes has decided to use the KmProd solution to obtain better control of its manufacturing and transformation processes.


The international Group Umicore is the world leader in zinc production.
In 2004, within the scope of its investment in the production line, Umicore has entrusted Meta2i with a complete information system in order to answer its customers’ demands in terms of traceability and process control.


Thuasne has a strong know-how in the manufacturing of elastic fabrics. In order to optimize the production of its knitting workshop, Thuasne has chosen Meta Productique solution based upon KmProd software.

LUSTUCRU pâtes fraiches

Real-time analysis and monitoring of a fresh pasta production line.
LUSTUCRU FRAIS belongs to Panzani, the EBRO group, the world number two in pasta production.
Deploying the economical MES solution with KmProd required less than 3 months from the project analysis to the installation in the customer’s industrial site in compliance with the planned schedule.


The Natra (former Excella) located in Saint-Etienne (France) was launched at the end of 2002. The optimization of its energy flows lied at the heart of this requirements. They chose META PRODUCTIQUE and EDF Enterprises to implement a data monitoring and data analytics solution.

Car Industry


Intertechnique has chosen Meta Productique to carry out the new generation of filling benches for close to two decades, since 2002
This project aims at providing all the Formula 1 stables with the same refueling system in race. Why? The point is to ensure that all the stables (small or big) refuel at the same speed.

Glass Production


The 7 furnaces in the Desjonqueres (France) factory output more than 3 million flasks a day and employ 1250 people.
As a large consumer, the site has engaged in an energy optimization approach.
